We do our best to make sure our personalized bag and label orders are fulfilled as quickly and efficiently as possible.For this reason, we ask that you notify us of any changes or cancellation of your order within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Shipping Policy

Crown Royal orders are not sent by a traceable method, and we are unable to provide you with a tracking number. We process all orders the Monday morning after they are placed. Once they ship, orders may take up to 15 days to be delivered.
